For many years, BallenIsles Charities has been an unwavering partner of NCJW Palm Beach’s KCC program. Not only have they assisted us in opening additional closets, but they have provided the funds to help keep our closets stocked with the items our kids need most.
This year was no exception. BallenIsles, once again, provided us with an exceptional grant which will help fulfill the needs our of KCC schools.

Kids Community Closets has established a closet for the Migrant Education Program of the Palm Beach County Schools. Located in Belle Glade, the closet serves migrant families who harvest crops throughout the county.
The staff recently asked whether we could provide personal care and hygiene products for these families. The requested items closely matched those included in NCJW’s Dignity Project bags for unhoused men and women. As a result, the Kids Community Closets and Dignity Project programs are joining together to help provide migrant families with essential personal care items.
When school begins in August, Dignity bags will be available for families in need.
