On April 13, our guest chefs provided a delicious, healthy, home-cooked dinner for the residents of Quantum House at St. Mary’s Hospital’s Paley Institute in West Palm Beach. Quantum House allows the families of children undergoing serious surgeries to be together, similar to a Ronald McDonald House, to support their children in a nearby hotel-like setting.
