The Palm Beach Section of NCJW hosts dinner every other month for residents of Quantum House. Quantum House is a Ronald McDonald type residence for families of children who are undergoing life-changing surgery at the Paley Institute at St. Mary’s Hospital. Our goal is to make wholesome, healthy, happy meals for the families. We get lots of smiles and thank you’s for our efforts to provide home-cooked meals rather than fast food dishes. Our February 16th dinner at Quantum House was a fantastic success! We received so many compliments and words of appreciation from the recipients.     Thank you to all those who helped make this evening a roaring success. The next Quantum House dinner is scheduled for April 13th. If anyone would like to come up with some menu ideas, please feel free to contact me. It was suggested that we include both gluten-free and sugar-free desserts as well as fresh fruit in our menu. The roasted vegetables were a big hit!
