Stocked 16 Kids Community Closets (increased by 1) serving 10,591 children
Established 2 Weekend Pantries for homeless children (increased by 1)
Served 18 dinners at the Lewis Center, a transitional homeless shelter
Keynote Singers continue to sing once a month at Morse Life
Reader’s Theatre for 4th graders at Roosevelt Elementary School
Cooked and served dinner at Quantum House for families of chronically or critically ill children
Tutored elementary school students while also teaching good citizenship, teamwork, sharing, patience, kindness at Freedom Shores Elementary School through Caridad
Collected, packed and shipped 93 boxes of snacks and personal care items oversees to Support our Troops
Registered voters (in coalition with League of Women Voters) before the mid-term elections
Generated and signed petitions to pass Amendment 4 (it passed!)
Hosted a seminar on gun safety
Distributed and signed petitions to ban assault weapons
Advocated and educated on human trafficking and placed posters at 7 bus shelters
Supplied household goods and personal care products to 120 Vita Nova youth aging out of Foster Care
